| Established
in 2001, we began our business as manufacturers of Outdoor
Garden Trellis Products, supplying both the local
South African market, as well as exporting our products to various
parts of Europe, which include Italy, belgium and Spain. |

| Due
to increased mechanization of our Outdoor
Trellis Range, and careful selection of our raw
material, Pine, we have been fortunate to product products of
consistent high quality, as well as remain competitive with
our range, both locally and abroad. |

| Concerning
the treatment of our Outdoor Trellis Products, due to CCA Treatment
being banned in the U.K. and other parts of Europe, we have
adopted a new form on Boron pressure treatment in the last two
years, which does not contain the environmentally harmful agents
Arsenic and Chrome, yet still provides the same lifespan of
the products. |

| In
the last couple of years, we have spent a lot of time researching
new products, and developing on our existing range of screening
products. We are now pleased to be able to offer
our customers a much wider range of screening products to include
Bamboo
and a range of natural
screening products which include, Brushwood,
Black Reed,
Bark
as well as Peeled
and Polished Reed Fencing. |

As
well as the above mentioned products, we have also extended
the range to include some exciting Garden
Accessories, allowing for even more creativity
in the Garden & Patio.
With the newest edition addition to the basket of products being
our Outdoor
Reed Blinds, we have developed a product to enhance
the outdoor living space, whilst providing protection and screening
from the elements. |

| We
feel that it is important that our range is D.I.Y friendly and
we have adopted this policy with the selection of all our products,
allowing for ease of installation of all products for the end
user. For the Retail Nurseries and D.I.Y Outlets, we offer full
in-store concepts for our products, which include Merchandising
Units and Point Of Sale material. |

keeping with our goals to provide and exciting range of high
quality affordable products, we are continually on the lookout
for new products to enhance and broaden our range, and you can
be assured that we will be adding to the basket during the course
of 2007. |

strive to provide our customers with excellent turnaround time
from order to dispatch of products, and do our best to maintain
correct stock levels of products, in order so that they can
be delivered timeously. |
